Funnel Math Definition

Definition: Funnel Math refers to the analytical process of understanding and optimizing the various stages of the marketing and sales funnel. It involves tracking and analyzing metrics at each stage of the funnel – from initial awareness and interest, through consideration and intent, to the final action of purchase.

In relation to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), funnel math is crucial for determining the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the customer acquisition process. It helps in identifying how many prospects are needed at each stage of the funnel to acquire a new customer and what the average cost of this process is.
