    In our first year of existence, we were primarily focused on complex technology (SaaS, Web3, fintech, online marketplaces). We’ve since been referred to all kinds of businesses that need our help: professional services, equipment, e-learning, ecommerce, fabrication/manufacturing, real estate, and the list goes on.

    Due to the success of many of our early clients with “business in a box” offers (franchisors and similar) with national or global audiences, we provide local marketing for the clients of our clients.

    Under NDA, we also have the honor being a resource for marketing agencies orders of magnitude larger than us when they need help with specific funnels, technology, rebranding, messaging, and similar projects.

    We start all relationships with a free video conversation. We want to get to know you and for you to get to know us.

    A cultural fit is a big deal for us.

    Assuming we both feel like we’re vibing, we typically write a proposal with an estimate for any overhaul work that needs to happen.

    Our proposals typically include a post-overhaul monthly estimate for the first quarter as well.

    Our CMO’s just want to get the job done right. If you’re team doesn’t have the resources, we’re happy to use our resources.

    We just bill the hourly rate for the specific output: graphic design, video production, WordPress implementation, blogging, etc.

    Our practice runs very similarly to a software company. We use one or multiple project management boards shared with you/your team for asynchronous communication throughout th week.

    You watch tickets get created and create them yourself. You see comments going back and forth and tickets moving from “To Do” to “Done.”

    As needed, Looms, Slack, Teams, video calls and other tools are used for real-time conversation.

    Revenue gets tracked in CRMs, payment systems, and invoicing tools.

    We bill actual hours on the 1st and 16th. We do not work on retainers but are happy to cap billing in the early days.

    Generally, our work generates our own budget rather quickly and relationships expand.

    However, we also drown our clients and are happy to slow down as makes sense.

    We also undrown our clients via hiring assistance, tool implementation, app development, and other scalability enhancements.

    We sum our time billed along with the incremental cost of any tools and ads we recommend.

    We seek to return at least 10X in the first calendar year and it often goes quite a bit faster.

    We’ve built 7-figure funnels in 3 months and 8-figure funnels in 6 months.

    The impact of that additional revenue on enterprise value is enormous.

    Whether you have junior or senior marketing, sales, product, operations, finance or other team members or external agencies, we work in a collaborative way.

    We’re always transparent about what we’re doing, and where desired, we teach along the way.
