    Definition: Bottom of funnel (BoF) refers to the final stage in the customer journey where prospects are making a decision about purchasing a product or service.

    At the BoF stage, the goal is to convert prospects into customers by addressing any remaining objections and providing a seamless and satisfying purchasing experience.

    A CRO expert views the bottom of funnel as the most critical stage in the customer journey, as it is the final opportunity for a business to make a sale and establish a long-term customer relationship.
