    RB2B Definition

    Definition: RB2B is a SaaS for helping sales teams identify visitors to a site. A sales funnel specialist might recommend adding a tool of this class for a firm that has some traction.

    One of a number of deanonymizer tools, RB2B leverages a script that you embed in your site that then matches up site visitors within the US only to identified individuals.

    For those individuals it can identify, RB2B then makes their LinkedIn profile, email address, and other contact info known to the owner of the site even if a form was never submitted.

    Via integration, RB2B can send visitor names in near real-time to a Slack channel or populate contacts in HubSpot. A view can be created here for a sales executive to then reach out.

    RB2B and platforms like Gobot are part of a larger trend toward an “inbound-outbound motion.” In this approach, visitors are driven to a site, identified, and then pursued after engaging with the content. This differs from the traditional ABM sales funnel, where ICP prospects are contacted cold without prior interaction.
