Qualified Lead Definition

Definition:  A “qualified lead” in sales and marketing is a euphemism for a warm body with a pulse who has shown the bare minimum of interest in your product, but hasn’t actually committed to buying it yet. In other words, they’re not really a lead, they’re just not running away from you fast enough.

Use It In a Sentence: Don’t get too excited about that qualified lead, it’s just someone who filled out a form on your website and now you have permission to harass them with emails and calls until they either buy something or block your number.
