High-Value Customer Definition

Definition: A term used in sales and marketing to describe the clients from whom the most revenue is generated, usually expressed on an annual/recurring basis.

Good CRM hygiene would include being sure these contacts and companies are designated as high value, which often means the communication strategy differs from low-value clients.

Use It In a Sentence: “We need to focus our efforts on securing more high-value customers if we want to meet our sales targets this quarter. These micro-clients are not paying the bills.”
