No, our relationships are generally hourly and billed via invoice. We think of growth as coming in phases or waves. It’s very common for our work to temporarily “drown” our clients, in which case sales funnel development needs to slow down.
Don’t worry. Our Heads of Growth are also well-versed in scaling. They know CRM configuration, team training, and even how to implement internal apps and process to build the capacity to ride the wave and then unlock the next phase of growth.
