The ICP helps businesses to focus their marketing and sales efforts on the most promising prospects, ensuring a more efficient allocation of resources and a higher probability of successful conversions.
Note that companies with multiple products have multiple ICPs. The ICP in sales of a company’s enterprise product is not the same as the ICP for a starter product or gateway drug.
