Definition: Engagement rate measures how your audience interacts with your content relative to impressions or reach. Common interactions include likes, comments, shares, and clicks.
For example, if a post receives 500 interactions and has 10,000 impressions, the engagement rate is 5% (500 ÷ 10,000 × 100)

Use It In a Sentence: We saw our engagement rate jump to 8% after adding polls and CTA buttons to our social content.
