So we want to hear about what you offer and how things are going.
We kindly request that you bring tough questions that we can explore on the call so that we can figure out how well we’re communicating together.
From our side, we want to determine a number things:

- What are your 1-year and 5-year goals?
- Will you listen?
- Will you do the work that only you can do?
If the answer is yes, we’ll give you an outside delivery date for your proposal.

Our proposals are long and dense, over 10 pages.
They include the major funnels we’ll use and break out the setup phase from the 1st-quarter-deployed phase.
If you agree we’ve diagnosed your issues, documented what you need, and you can keep up with our timeline, we move to the kickoff call.
STEP 3: KICKOFF MEETING
Let’s Make Any Clarifications & Get the Early Tasks Moving
If we’re working together, time is of the essence.
We’ll set up a Trello board for task management, determine who can cover what bases, and document all the tools to be used.
And then it’s off to the races. We’ll be aiming to get early deals in and ROI positive as quickly as possible.
While we aim to get you at least a 10X return within our first calendar year, it has gone much faster for many early clients.
