Do you manage a corporate or institutional art collection? Then we would love to ask you some questions on behalf of our client, ETChster.

ETChster has powered art cataloging/inventory management via their app for artists and private art collectors since 2018.

They have asked us to help them explore whether there is demand for a corporate/institutional art collecting module and if so, what current pain points exist for corporate/institutional art managers and those to whom they must report.

What Are the Requirements to Participate?

You must currently be employed by a firm that owns a collection of original art of at least 50 pieces and whose aggregate value is above $200k US.

You must have significant administrative responsibility over the collection. Examples may include:

  • Tracking where objects are on display
  • Tracking valuations
  • Managing insurance
  • Managing loans
  • Purchasing new additions to the collection
  • Managing publicity related to the collection

How Does the Session Work?

Doug will meet with you on a live video call via Google Meet. This session will be recorded.

You may choose any convenient time using the scheduler above. You will simply log onto the Google Meet at the time you choose.

He’ll have a series of questions for you to answer about how you currently manage art holdings and whether or not software could eliminate pain points, reduce risk, and/or provide other benefits for you and your employer.

At the conclusion of the call, you’ll be asked to verify your email address in order to receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card (digitally delivered).
